Matt Murdock ( daredevil ) is still mourning Elektra's death, goes nuts, beats up some of Kingpins henchmen and then goes to Elektra's grave and digs up her grave himself because he can't believe she's dead. Meanwhile, Punisher is making good use of his time in Rykers killing criminals that try to take him out. Some Agency guy breaks punisher out of jail to stop a narcotics shipment that the agency guy can't stop himself.
