Young 12 year old girl dies of PCP OD and her 14 year old brother gets his fathers gun and tries to avenge her death. Daredevil is trying to find the pushers that sold the girl the dope and it just so happens that Punisher is on the same hunt. They clash and fight while Punisher is pumping the pusher for info. Punisher tranq's Daredevil, finishes beating on the pusher and takes off. Daredevil saves the pushers life and he testifies in court.
